Franklin Raines – Former CEO of Fannie Mae – Previously White House Director of Budget – Served in the Carter administration. Also was CEO of US Securities and Exchange Commission. Was accused of fraud by overstating earnings of Fannie Mae so that he and other executives could get large bonuses. (cooked the books by 9 billion dollars) Anyhow, he has been advising Barrack Obamas campaign.

James Johnson – Former Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae. Also worked for Lehman Brothers and the Carter Administration. He was involved in the vice-presidential selection process for the 2008 Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama.

Tony Rezco – Convicted of Fraud in 2008 – Next door neighbor to Obama – Political fund raiser for the Democratic Party – Involved in questionable real estate dealing with Obama. One of Obama’s first political contributors for the his run for the Illinois State Senate. Involved with Obama in real estate venture involving taxpayer money supported and funded by Obama (and his position as a state senator).

Towards the bottom under heading: Ties to Barack Obama (remember, they were neighbors… which was questionable in of itself)
The funny thing is that Obama has been involved with questionable people from the beginning. Even associates and takes council from people who are part of the economic mess the country is in at the moment… yet… he points the finger at the Republicans as the problem.
Didn’t it say that James Johnson and Franklin Raines both worked for Democratic Administrations, and both ran Fannie Mae… yet it is the Republican parter that caused the problem… Doesn’t make sense to me.
